Our fee is 33% of the candidate's anticipated first year total cash compensation. Final fee amount is based on final compensation package accepted by the candidate. This includes base salary and any cash bonuses, including expected cash incentive compensation earned at plan. All bills are payable upon presentation and the payment of fees and expenses are not contingent upon the placement of a candidate with your organization.
Our fee is paid in three equal retainers, based on an initial estimate of the actual compensation package of the selected candidate. The first retainer is due immediately to initiate the search. The second retainer is due in 45 days or when we have presented an initial slate of evaluated and recommended candidates, and the third retainer is due 30 days later. Any final billing or credit will be issued at the conclusion of the project in order for the final fee to reflect the actual compensation of the selected finalist.
