In the event that an employee placed by Durakis does not remain productively employed with the client for a period of one year, and the client feels that the circumstances are a reflection of Durakis' performance during the search process, Durakis will, upon request from the client, perform a new search for a replacement candidate for the position.

Durakis will bill direct expenses only for this work. No additional fees will be charged. Durakis Executive Search will approach this search as if it were an original, full-fee search. This guarantee will be honored provided the full retainer has been paid and the final invoice is paid within 45 days of search completion.
