Our fee will be a fixed amount that is negotiated prior to commencement of the search. Typically, this amount is 33% of the candidate's anticipated first year total cash compensation. The fee is fixed regardless of the final compensation package accepted by the candidate. All bills are payable upon presentation and the payment of fees and expenses are not contingent upon the placement of a candidate with your organization.
Our fee is paid in three equal retainers, based on an initial assumption about the actual compensation package of the finalist. The first retainer is due immediately to initiate the search. The second retainer is due in 45 days or when we have presented an initial slate of evaluated and recommended candidates, and the third retainer is due 30 days later.
