Chuck's search experience includes Richards Consultants, formerly the 9th largest US search firm, and CTPartners (formerly Christian & Timbers), the 6th largest US search firm. Chuck also developed an Internet-based recruiting tool, called HireFuze. Today, he manages and owns Durakis Executive Search.

Chuck graduated from the University of Maryland in 1980. He and his wife, Renee, reside in Baltimore, MD. They have two sons – Chad and Ryan.
